This Mitsubishi Evo belonged to the late Raffy Bautista of High End Performance. Last year he was taken from his loved ones, but his legacy remains in this car he had built to showcase the potential of his shop. High End Performance has put out some amazing quality cars, and this is a fine example of their work.
