Weds Kranze Bazeria wheels are one of my all time favorite “VIP” wheels.  This GS300 sports them in a not too aggressive but still flush offset.  It’s also sporting a Wald lip kit, which I’m a huge fan of.  I like lip kits which look factory but add a lot to the overall styling of the car.

I ran across Chadbee’s blog today and was just amazed at his photography and post processing work. It’s seldom you have a photographer or artist let you in on their secret techniques. Well, Chadbee’s done just that with a recent blog post.

Find out how you can create this photo with multiple captures of the same scene.

Team Sunworks is a well respected car show team with many chapters across the United States. I’ve been a fan of their cars for the past few years, and their members are spot on with their individualistic styling. This 2006 Honda Civic owned by Steven Pham caught my eye with it’s simple, clean, and bold statement. It’s just a car that made me say “Damn…” as I gazed upon the clean lines and well executed modifications. The car doesn’t have a ton of modifications, and the old adage of “Less is more” comes to mind.

This thing is slammed to the ground via a set of Tein Mono Flex coilovers. Rolling on some ultra rare Desmond Promadas 17×9 +17 up front and 17×9 +12 in the rear, Steven stretched a set of Yokohama S drives in 205/40-17 and 205/45-17. Crystal lug nuts were installed to add a nice detail to the wheels. Who says Hondas can’t join in on the flush fitment scene? Camber bolts up front and a Skunk2 rear camber kit ensure the wheel alignment is dialed in for a stunning stance.

A custom “HD” front lip was added to the bottom of the HFP to bring the front end of this Civic very low to the ground. A carbon fiber roof spoiler, OEM mud flaps, an OEM sunroof visor, and Weathertech window visors add to the sleek look. Steven retrofitted a set of BMW 4300k lights and added a set of 3000k HID fog lights to the front of the vehicle. PasswordJDM sidemarkers and a set of OEM yellow fog lights were added to round out the lighting modifications.

Future plans for this Civic include a custom rear diffuser, custom front splitter, custom cross bar along with a full Cusco suspension setup.  Be on the lookout for this car in 2010 with Team Sunworks.  You can check out their website at http://www.teamsunworks.com

It’s too bad we don’t have this model here in the United States.  It’s a great looking sedan that has a lot of aftermarket styling potential.  While those of us in the United States frown upon too many vents, the Japanese really aren’t afraid of adding vents into every single place imaginable.  While these don’t necessarily look bad, my personal style would like them removed for a cleaner look.
