The Dallas/Ft. Worth and Texas import car scene has been on shaky ground over the past few years. With the economy tanking, big companies such as NOPI, DUB, and Hot Import Nights have been pulling out of scheduled events all over Texas. It was just recently announced that Hot Import Nights – Dallas, which was supposed to be held at the new Cowboys Stadium, was cancelled. This was shaping up to be a huge event, with large crews coming in from Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. The online buzz and friendly rivarly was swarming up on message forums such as Houston-Imports.com.
